In 1981, M.Fatih EYÜBOĞLU and Namık S. EYÜBOĞLU started their career as a private company and as a TEDAŞ contractor.

We went on our business life in many provinces of Turkey as a TEDAŞ contractor until 1990. We have established MV + LV electrical facility networks of many villages, towns, and districts in the East, Black Sea Region, Central Anatolia and, Thrace. Later, we moved our workplace to Istanbul and continued our business based in Istanbul.

In 1989, we established HATIL Energy Building Ind.Trade.Co.Ltd. We continued our activities through this company.

Between 1991-1996, we worked as a subcontractor for the telephone facilities and infrastructure of the Turk TELEKOM Müt.ERE ENERJİ Company. We completed the installation and assembly of the underground cable facilities of the 28 GROUP Telecommunication facility on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and made their connections with the TELECOM Plant and delivered them. 

Between 1995 and 2000, we have undertaken the construction and manufacture of many contracting works such as thousands of meters of Dropped Ceiling, Shutter Cover, Electrical Facilities, Telephone Facilities, Pool Electromechanics for MESA and NUROL Companies in Real Estate Marketing Management in Emlak Bank supported Bahçeşehir Project and NUROL and CEYLAN Companies in Emlak Bank Bizimkent Housing Project. We completed and delivered all the works on time.

In 1999, GAMA ELECTRONIC Information Services Foreign Trade Co.Ltd. was established by the same partners. Our activities in the IT sector continued through this company.

Between 1999-2002, our company also focused on infrastructure excavation and construction works and carried out landscaping works with IGDAŞ contractor Çelikkol Company and Natural Gas infrastructure works in many regions of Istanbul.

Our company has started to deal with developing GSM network investments and WEAK CURRENT, FIBER OPTIC communication networks in 2000 and has developed itself technically in this field.

Over the years, in addition to ELECTRICAL ENERGY TRANSFORMER, HIGH VOLTAGE, LOW VOLTAGE Facilities, Weak Current Facilities such as DATA, SOUND, CAMERA, FIRE, TELEPHONE, and City Electrical Network facilities, which have been our main business area; Factory facilities, Industrial facilities, Organized Industrial Facilities, Cooperative facilities and Electrical Infrastructure, MV + LV, Telecommunication and Weak Current facility works of the institutions have also been completed and delivered under our commitment.

In 2013, we established EYEN ENERGY ELECTRIC and Fire Systems Ind. Trade Co.Ltd. Currently; We are continuing our installation and assembly works of Energy, MV + LV Electricity Facilities, and other WEAK CURRENT Facilities.
